on creating positive change, in spite of obstacles.


EXPECTATIONS FROM YOU

Your positive experience and
that of your fellow small group members
entails your active participation whenever possible.
Scheduling time on your calendar
for these activities is important.

Here are the 3 minimum commitments on your part,
that will make our time together worthwhile.

1) Please check-in and answer the
positive habit-building questions
I've placed on your personal page
at least 4-6 times a week. 
This may take only 15-20 minutes
of your time per night,
yet can produce long-lasting results.

2) Comment/Encourage at least 3
or more small group members on their
personal pages 4-5 times a week.

3) Participate in weekly
Live Class Trainings/INcouragement Meetings,
when possible. 
If you miss a class, view the class topic for that week
before our next weekly training.
