that of your fellow group members
entails your active participation whenever possible.
Scheduling time on your calendar
for these activities is important.
Here are the 3 minimum commitments on your part,
that will make our time together worthwhile.
1) Check in and answer the
positive habit-elevating questions
at least 4-6 times a week.
This may take only 15-20 minutes
of your time per night,
yet can produce long-lasting results.

2) Comment/Encourage at least 3 - 5
or more class members on the Exclusive
INsiders Revitalize Your Inner Worth
Facebook Group at least 4-5 times a week.
3) Participate in weekly
Live Class Trainings/INcouragement Meetings,
when possible.
If you miss a class, view the class topic for that week
before our next weekly training.
Recordings will be available
for a limited time.
